Promotion: Rabobank New Zealand Limited (Rabobank) and Figured Limited (“Figured”) have agreed to provide eligible Rabobank clients with a discount on Figured’s Farm Manager Software (the “Farm Manager Software”).
Applicable Terms: These further terms and conditions, together with Figured’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as posted at www.figured.com/en-nz/terms-conditions/ and www.figured.com/en-nz/privacy-notice/, respectively (Standard Terms and Conditions) apply to the Promotion and your use of the Farm Manager Software (together, the Applicable Terms and Conditions).
Discount: Eligible participants, will receive a 50% discount per month (excluding GST, if any) for the first 12 months on the Farm Manager Software (“Discount”). The Discount will be applied to Figured’s standard subscription charge, as outlined in the fee schedule set out on Figured’s website (which may be changed from time to time on notice to you). This Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions offered by Figured.
Promotion Period: The Promotion runs from 6:00AM Monday 27 March 2023 to 11:59PM Saturday 30 September 2023 (“Promotion Period”). The Discount will be applied for 12 months from the date of activation. Eligible participants will have until 11:59PM, Saturday 30 September 2023 to activate the Discount.
Participation and Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is strictly limited to the first 500 participants who meet the Eligibility Criteria. In order to be eligible, participants must:
Be a new Figured client or an existing Figured customer not already using Figured’s Farm Manager Software.
Have professional accounting advisors supporting their business;
Have an existing All-in-One Account with Rabobank; and
Be approved by a Rabobank Agri Manager (in their sole discretion).
Payment: Participants who partake in the promotion will be invoiced monthly by Figured after Figured have deducted the Discount.

Rabobank does not provide any endorsement of Figured’s Farm Manager Software and is not liable or responsible in any way for the performance or availability of the Farm Manager Software and no action taken by Rabobank in relation to your subscription to, or use of the Farm Manager Software shall constitute financial or accounting advice. Rabobank is not the “Account Owner” in terms of the Standard Terms and Conditions.
Data Sharing: For so long as you use the Farm Manager Software (including after the Promotion Period), you consent to:
Rabobank having access to and retaining any financial data (including your “personal information”) generated by the Farm Manager Software relating to you. This Information will be stored in accordance with Rabobank’s Privacy Statement on its websitewww.rabobank.co.nz/privacy/; and
Rabobank having user rights and access to your Farm Manager Software account (Rabobank User Rights). On expiry or cancellation of your Discount, you may elect to remove Rabobank’s access to your data under 8(a) and/or remove Rabobank’s User Rights.
Authority: You confirm that if you are accepting these further terms and conditions on behalf of the “Account Owner” (as defined in the Standard Terms and Conditions), that you have authority from the Account Owner to accept and be bound by these Further Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
Change in Subscription: At any time during the Promotion Period or at the end of the Promotion Period, you may continue your subscription to use the Farm Manager Software by purchasing a standard subscription directly from Figured, in which case your subscription will be charged at Figured’s standard subscription charges, as outlined in the fee schedule set out on Figured’s website, meaning you will no longer receive the Discount.
Participant Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription or if you do not wish to continue with your subscription at the end of the Promotion Period, you must notify Figured directly, and pay any outstanding/accrued subscription charges (incorporating any Discount), in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions.
Changes and Termination: Rabobank and Figured reserve the right to suspend, change or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time without notice.
Cancellation: Figured reserve the right to cancel your subscription if you no longer meet Rabobank’s Eligibility Criteria (in Rabobank’s sole discretion) at any time on 30 days’ notice.
Conflict: If any term of these further terms and conditions conflicts with a term contained in Figured’s Standard Terms and Conditions, the term in these further terms and conditions will prevail.
