Figured is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Dodds to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Current CEO, Paul Reid, will transition to Chairman of Figured board of directors.

For our partners and customers, it is business as usual. Most of you will know Dave, as until now he has held the position of Figured New Zealand General Manager, having joined the company in February 2015. Dave has an impressive career history in senior leadership roles for a number of leading technology companies.

Having lead the company’s teams across sales, customer success, marketing and product, Dave has an in-depth understanding of the business, the technology and the industry, giving Figured Shareholders confidence that he is well positioned to head the company as it continues to grow and innovate.

Dave says, “Naturally I am pleased to be taking the position of CEO of Figured. Importantly, the company is in a great position, and my focus will be accelerating our growth trajectory even further. The market remains under-served by traditional desktop software players, and our strategy will be to remain tirelessly focused on customer needs and solving the big problems that the agriculture sector faces in regards improving the financial management of farm operators.”
