One of the best things about attending Xerocon is the chance to grow your network, put faces to names and build valuable industry relationships over two days.

As a global cloud-based company, we also love the opportunity to spend some time ‘on the ground’ with our partners, getting to know you a little better, meeting new accountants and finding out more about your business.

With our launch into the UK in June, we’ve establish a UK-based team, and if you’re heading along to Xerocon London, we’d love you to stop by the Figured stand to meet us.

Here’s a quick introduction of who you’ll be meeting at the event.

David Kirby - Managing Director (UK)

David heads up our UK-based team, although he’s not unfamiliar with our Kiwi roots. Previously a strategy consultant in London, he moved to New Zealand for a few months… which turned into five years! He has led strategy and change in retail and banking, including New Zealand Post/Kiwibank and, most recently, Coop in Manchester. After making a move back to the UK, we knew that his head for transformation, innovation and thought leadership would be the perfect fit for getting the wheels turning in our entry to the UK market. Speaking of wheels, he’s also the right man to chat to if you’re keen on getting around on two of them.

Dow Dodds - Customer Success Lead (UK)

If you’ve been in touch with us before, it’s likely Dow who has been the friendly product pro at the other end. Dow hails from Hawke’s Bay in New Zealand, where she spent many a summer on her dad’s vineyards. After a move to Auckland, she joined Figured’s Customer Success team, helping our clients get up and running with Figured, troubleshooting and implementing the product in their practice. As us Kiwis tend to do, she made a move to London, and lucky for us, it was perfect timing to take up our local lead CS role as we launched into the UK. You’ll probably find her with a coffee in hand, and as someone who loves helping people, she’s always happy to answer any questions you might have.

James Higgie - UK & Ireland Channel Manager

Higgie, as we call him around here, is another Kiwi import. Although this isn’t his first international stint with Figured. He started his journey with Figured in New Zealand, before moving to support Figured’s growth in Australia, and how works closely with David to develop collaborative relationships with our UK partners. Having been raised on a sheep and beef farm in New Zealand, and now working in the industry championing the Figured brand for a number of years, it’s safe to say he knows agri - and how Figured works for farmers - through and through, so he’s the right man to chat to about any questions you have. Rumour has it, he’s really looking forward to cutting some shapes on the dance floor at the after party, too.

Dave Dodds - CEO

Hitting UK shores for the big event, our New Zealand-based CEO, Dave Dodds, will also be in town for Xerocon. Dave heads up our global team, and is excited to see the impact that Figured is already having with our UK-based partners since our launch in June. And, well, it’s likely you’ll feel a little excited about it too, once you’ve had a chance to chat to Dave, who is always happy to share his energy, vision and drive for lifting the financial performance of famers around the globe.
