Dave Dodds

Chief Executive Officer

Anyone in a room with Dave can’t help but get inspired by his energy - especially when it comes to spreading the word about Figured. Dave has an impressive career history in senior leadership roles for a number of leading technology companies and, before joining Figured, was managing the digital solutions for business markets at NZ Post.

Chris Lowe - BW

Chris Lowe

Chief Financial Officer

Chris has a great deal of experience leading and scaling technology companies, most recently at WorldFront. He has led many strategic deal processes, including agreements with key channel partners and has also been on teams scaling technology companies such as Navman. No stranger to farming having grown up on a lifestyle block farming angora goats and sheep. Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends, at the beach, hitting the slopes or ruining a good walk on the golf course.

Zainab Al-anbuky

Chief People Officer

One of the first hires and a testament to Figured’s commitment to a people-first culture, Zainab has a keen eye for talent and potential. She is passionate about designing exceptional workplace experiences where high-performing, engaged teams can flourish. With a decade of experience in team building and cultural development across various markets, Zainab has consistently driven success through tight alignment with company strategy and a deep understanding of each individual. When she’s not busy at work, Zainab is nurturing her three little humans at home, who also enjoy Figured's office vibes.

John Gibson

Chief Revenue Officer

Born and bred in Southland, John is a country boy from New Zealand's rural heartland, with a passion for technology’s ability to transform the industry. This, paired with a background in the agri sector working for one of New Zealand’s largest lamb and beef exporters, means John is inspired by the opportunities that Figured has to make farming rock. In his spare time, John is a big fan of anything Strava related, and exploring the great outdoors.

Forsyth Thompson

Head of Marketing

Forsyth is our Head of Marketing. His background in digital is long enough to pre-date Google and he thrives on challenges, specialising in marketing as a lever for business growth. With a long track record of growth, transformation and delivering business results he worked in a wide range of industries before discovering that SaaS was his real passion. A self-described family man, spare time sees him coaching kids rugby, out on his bike, but most likely somewhere out on the Hauraki fishing or diving.

Hannah Murray

Head of Customer Success

Hannah driven by a simple belief: when customers succeed, we all win. With a background in Product and Delivery, she brings a unique mix of strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving to every challenge. Her passion lies in helping people — whether that’s guiding customers to realise value, enabling teams to work smarter, or turning complex problems into elegant solutions. Hannah is an avid sports fan and can often still be found on the netball court. She is also our resident baker and social event planner which make her a popular member of our Auckland office.

Bobby Lei

Vice President of Engineering

Bobby brings a proven track record of building high-performance engineering cultures to deliver strong business outcomes. With extensive technical leadership and architectural experience spanning the financial services, telecommunications, government, and professional services sectors, he is passionate about Agile software delivery and creating highly valuable customer experiences. Outside of work, his three young boys keep him busy, but when he finds some downtime, he enjoys getting lost in a great sci-fi book.

Nadine Finlay

Head of Product

Innovative and always pushing ahead of the curve, Nadine has a strong passion for building great software products that solve farmers' and accountants' problems and give them a great experience along the way. Combining a strong background in fintech, banking and data with the fact she also lives on a sheep & beef farm, she’s a great fit to further extend Figured as the platform for agri finance. When she’s not tending to the farm or leading product teams, she can be found spending quality time with her husband and two girls, exploring the great outdoors, travelling to new places, or escaped into a good sci-fi movie.

Hunter Shepherd

Business Development Manager (NZ)

Hunter brings experience across technology, banking, business transformation and agriculture. Before joining Figured, he led business architecture and transformation initiatives at Gallagher, with earlier roles in banking, analytics and operations. He has also helped build an agri-tech business focused on measuring environmental outcomes on farm.

At Figured, Hunter works with accounting partners and businesses across New Zealand to help them get more value from technology, financial data and farm management.

Outside work, he enjoys travel and time with friends & family.

Paddy T

Paddy Terry

Business Development Manager (NZ)

Raised farming the hills of Northern Manawatu before studying and moving into financial services, Paddy joined the Figured UK & Ireland team in 2019 bringing a unique mix of experience and passion for driving agricultural businesses. Collaborating with Figured's teams across the world and building strong relationships in UK & Ireland, Paddy avidly supports Figured partners to capitalise on technology in order to best service the needs of their business and their clients. Outside of work, you might run into Paddy supporting NZ sporting teams on tour or travelling somewhere in Europe.

Scott Campbell

Partner Success Lead (NZ)

Scott is the absolute definition of service-with-a-smile, leading the team to provide outstanding levels of customer service to Figured users and partners. He’s backed by experience at MYOB, BankLink, is a provisional member of CAANZ and CPA and holds a double major in accounting and marketing. So we think Scott’s pretty well placed to help ensure customers have a great experience getting set up and using Figured to its full potential.

Matt McLaughlin

Strategic Growth Manager (AU)

A Bay of Plenty boy, Matt was raised in Tauranga with horticultural roots and a passion for the outdoors. Before Figured, he worked in a range of marketing, sales, and account management positions and started his career in technology through a communications company in London. Upon returning to his homeland, Matt was keen to get involved with the agriculture industry and is excited to support Figured users. On his days off you can find him getting into nature and the outdoors, whether that be on a bush walk, spearfishing or mountain biking.

Lachie T

Lachlan Thomas

Account Executive (AU)

Growing up in North East Victoria, Lachie developed a deep appreciation for agriculture and the many ways it supports communities, livelihoods and the land. With a background in science and business, he was always determined to bring those skills back to producers and play an active role in the industry. After four years working in viticulture, Lachie's passion for helping farmers leverage technology to run better businesses led him to Figured. When possible, Lachie loves to travel and explore different cultures and landscapes by foot, bike or motorbike.

Mitchell-Parks-Grey

Mitchell Parks

Senior Account Executive (US)

Mitchell is bilingual, speaking both accounting and farming. Having grown up farming in West Otago of southern New Zealand, he completed his Bachelor of Commerce in accounting while also working as an Accountant. Since making the move up from Otago to join the Figured team in Auckland a few years ago, he's now based in Denver supporting Figured's expansion into North America. Outside of work, Mitchell can either be found in the clouds working on his pilot's license, or outdoors, often hunting.

Erin Arick

Senior Account Executive (US)

Erin is our US Partner Success Specialist based out of Denver, CO. Starting her career in hotel management, Erin pursued her passion for technology during the COVID-19 pandemic with Xero. Here at Figured Erin helps our users utilize our platform to the fullest and with her hospitality roots, delivering exceptional customer service is her main priority. When Erin isn't working with our users, she enjoys traveling, trying a new recipe or hitting the slopes.

Sam Seymour

Partner Success Specialist (US)

Growing up on a farm in North Yorkshire, Sam has a lifelong connection to agriculture that fuels his work as a Partner Success Specialist. After three years with Figured in the UK, Sam moved to the US last year to continue supporting partners on a global scale. He is passionate about using technology to help farmers gain financial clarity and build resilient businesses. Outside of the office, Sam enjoys being outside either playing rugby, golfing, or skiing, though he’ll always have a soft spot for the Yorkshire countryside.
