Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to set anything up to use Benchmarking

No setup is required. Benchmarking is built from the existing, quality-checked data already in Figured. It’s available directly from the Reports tab on any eligible dairy farm.

Is my client’s data secure?

All benchmarking data is fully anonymised and aggregated. No individual farm, firm, or client is identifiable. We apply strict data privacy controls and only include farms that meet high-quality standards.

What filters can I use when benchmarking?

You can filter benchmark comparisons by region, supplier, and ownership type, so the insights are always relevant to your clients.

Can I customise the benchmarking report?

Yes. You can use preset templates or create your own using the new flexible reporting engine. Choose the layout, metrics, and categories you want to show.

Is Benchmarking included in my current subscription?

Benchmarking is currently available to Figured Insights customers.
