Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the promotional offer provided by Figured Ltd. ("Company") to its customers ("Customers") in relation to the subscription of its Farm Manager product ("Product"). By participating in this promotion, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

Promotion Overview:

  1. The promotion offers New Zealand-based Customers the opportunity to receive a two-month free subscription to the Product, and a one-time training session. This promotion is available for new Customers who sign up for the Product for the first time during the promotional period or existing Customers who upgrade their subscription level during the promotional period.
  2. The promotion is valid from 25 May 2023 to 31 July 2023 ("Promotional Period").

Eligibility:

  1. This promotion is open to individuals and businesses based in New Zealand who are legally eligible to enter into contracts and use the Product according to applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Existing Customers must have an active and paid Farm Reporter subscription with the Company, and must not already have a Farm Manager subscription to be eligible for the promotion.
  3. New Customers must sign up for the Product, during the Promotional Period.
  4. Employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of the Company, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Promotion Details:

  1. To participate in the promotion, new Customers must sign up for the Product during the Promotional Period through the Company's official website or other designated channels. Existing Farm Reporter Customers must sign up for the Product during the Promotional Period, and maintain their existing Farm Reporter subscription to be eligible.
  2. The free subscription period will commence immediately upon successful sign-up or upgrade and will last for two months from the date of activation.
  3. Customers who qualify for the promotion will not be billed for the Product during the two-month free subscription period.
  4. If a Customer decides to cancel their subscription during the free subscription period, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the promotion.
  5. At the end of the two-month free subscription period, Customers will be automatically enrolled in the regular subscription plan corresponding to their chosen subscription level during the promotion, and regular billing will resume.
  6. Training sessions are offered on a per farm basis.
  7. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Customers and disqualify any Customers who violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.

General Terms:

  1. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless expressly stated by the Company.
  2. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or force majeure events.
  3. The Company reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any Customer from participating in the promotion if it reasonably believes the Customer has violated these Terms or attempted to tamper with or impair the integrity, security, or fairness of the promotion.
  4. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Zealand.
  5. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  6. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customers with respect to the promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
