Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the promotional offer provided by Figured Ltd. ("Company") to its customers ("Customers") in relation to the subscription of its Farm Manager product and/or Farm Reporter ("Product"). By participating in this promotion, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • The promotion offers a 50% discount ("Discount") off Figured’s Farm Reporter and Farm Manager products for a 24-month period.
  • The Discount will be applied to Figured’s standard subscription charge, as outlined in the fee schedule set out on Figured’s website (which may be changed from time to time on notice to you). 
  • The promotion includes complimentary enablement of the Figured products as well as a structured training & education program for the Figured team within the firm
  • The promotion applies to a minimum bundle of 50 Figured products and bundles of 25 thereafter
  • There is no limit on the number bundles able to be taken up in the promotion
  • The promotion is only available during the period May 1st, 2023 to July 31st, 2023 ("Promotional Period")
  • Customers can cancel, upgrade or downgrade the Figured Product anytime
  • The promotion only applies to new migrations to QuickBooks Online - Essentials, Plus or Advanced
  • Figured Products are to be connected to a QuickBooks Online product within 60 days of purchase
  • Any upgrades or downgrades revert back to Figured standard pricing for those products
  • Promotion offer pricing reverts to Figured standard pricing at the end of the two year (24 month) period
  • The promotion is available for wholesale billing only
  • The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless expressly stated by the Company.
  • The promotion is available to individuals and businesses based in the United States only
  • Figured reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time without notice.
These terms and conditions, together with Figured’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as posted at www.figured.com/en-us/terms-conditions/ and www.figured.com/en-us/privacy-notice/, respectively (Standard Terms and Conditions) apply to the Promotion and your use of the Farm Manager and/or Farm Reporter software (together, the Applicable Terms and Conditions).
