Founded by Emily Sinderberry, EJS Business Services specializes in bespoke bookkeeping and business strategy services for rural, regional, and remote agribusinesses across Australia. Emily is a rural bookkeeper, profit strategist, mum, farmer, and community advocate based on a property north of Condobolin in Central West NSW.

In 2018, Emily established EJS Business Services as a side hustle while working full time at an accounting firm and studying. After realizing she needed more flexibility to support her farm business and start her family, she stepped away from public practice accounting in 2021 and embarked on the journey of supporting small business owners through specialized rural bookkeeping services.

EJS Business Services is a young and mighty team of five rural women, working remotely across three states in Australia and embracing technology to support clients. As Australia's only Profit First bookkeepers for agricultural businesses, they help clients manage their finances effectively while ensuring they remain profitable. The team provides general bookkeeping, BAS services, software setup and training (Xero, QuickBooks, Figured), business strategy and coaching, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management, an Advanced Diploma in Accounting, and is a Registered BAS Agent, Xero Certified Advisor, and Figured Certified Advisor. In 2023, she was honored with the Profit First Australia Rookie of the Year award, and in 2024, EJS Business Services won the Bookkeeping Award at the Business xCellence Awards.
