From 1 February 2026, we will be increasing the price of Figured licences.

Over the past year, we have invested significantly in developing and enhancing the Figured platform. We’re committed to continuing to provide our partners with the highest level of product capability to deliver market-leading agricultural services to their clients.

Updates to the Figured Platform over the Past Year Include:

• Reporting Studio (Beta) - Launched phased rebuild of our reporting experience with report designer, custom KPI builder, and formula library.
• 2025 Season Dairy Benchmark Report - Instant benchmark reporting in your dairy farms with regional, processor, and ownership type filtering.
• Auto Kill Sheet Processor - AI-powered processing reducing 20-minute reconciliation tasks to 1 minute, with AFFCO and Silver Fern Farms integration.
• Milk Price Protection Service - New risk management solution in partnership with StoneX to protect against milk price volatility.
• Figured Livestock Lending - Fast-tracked lending service with 5-minute applications and 72-hour response times. Now offering both secured and unsecured lending solutions.

• Custom Reports Builder - Tailored reports for any purpose with complete layout control.
• Formula Library - Custom KPIs showing exactly how metrics are calculated.
• Benchmarking Reports - Instant comparison reports with FY25 actuals across similar farms.
• AI-powered report commentary - Automated insights to support your preparation of advisory conversations, starting with our Dairy Benchmark report.

Updates to Figured Pricing From 1 February 2026:

To develop and deliver world-class agricultural financial management software requires on-going investment, especially now as we head into what is becoming an increasingly AI dominated landscape.  Differentiation of services and value will become increasingly critical across the value chain - from Figured to our Partners and from our Partners to their Clients.

These price increases allow us to run an efficient business - with a focus on the continued development of great products and solutions for our customers.

The price changes to Figured subscriptions are outlined below, and will come into effect starting from 1 February 2026.

All other Terms & Conditions will remain unchanged.

Update to Figured Insights pricing*

Figured Insights now includes two pricing options: Annual Price paid Monthly or Annual Price paid in Advance. Both options include full access to Figured Insights and the NZ Dairy Benchmark Report.

Pricing also includes a new pricing tier of 25-50 farms, introduced from 1 Nov 2025 to widen the availability of the service to as many Figured Partners as possible.
