The world's largest farm financial management platform

There's a reason farming teams across the US, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK run their farming clients through Figured. More than 35,000 farms trust the platform — and the lending managers who work with Figured clients know exactly why.

When You Need the Numbers, Figured is There

One Shared Financial Picture

Farmers can invite their bank directly to Figured, giving lending managers read access to the same actuals, budgets, and production reports the farming team uses.

Actuals That Stay Current All Year

Financial data flows automatically from Xero or QuickBooks Online, categorized by the accountant — a complete picture, reconciled throughout the season.

Reliable Reporting, Every Time

Accountants and advisors using Figured can generate reports directly from live farm data, with no manual formulas to break and no version conflicts. That reduces the risk of error, and massively improves the quality of information.

Complex Ownership Structures, Made Legible

Multi-Entity consolidation brings farms spread across trusts, partnerships, and multi-entity structures into one view, eliminating inter-entity transactions to show true group profitability.

Heard This Before?
"Some clients arrive for meetings well-prepared; most don't. That's just the industry."

When it comes time for a lending decision on a US farm, ag lenders typically work from a picture that no longer reflects where the farm stands — year-end accounts from months ago, and a budget that hasn't been revisited since the season began.

Within that uncertainty, it can be tricky to determine risk. If a high-performing farm doesn't track its numbers carefully, or in enough detail, it carries the same uncertainty as every other borrower in the region. Without current information, there's no way to prove otherwise.

But when a farming client is on Figured? That changes.

Built for the Way Ag Lenders Work

Farm Access

A Live View Into Every Farm Customer

Join your Figured farmers as a connected organization with read access to the same live data they're using with their accountant to track production, build plans, and model future scenarios.

From one login, lending managers can see the farm's full position against the live plan, plus a variety of financial reports and a consolidated view for multi-entity operations. This is everything the farm team works from, updated as the season progresses.

Risk Management

Confidence in the Numbers Behind Every Decision

Figured pulls financial data directly from the farm's accounting system, categorized and reconciled by the accountant. Actuals trace back to the live Xero or QuickBooks Online file. On top of that, lenders can see everything else they'll need before a meeting, like Statements of Position, cashflow forecasts, and budget variance reports.

This makes it easy to note how customer financial performance is tracking against their budget, helping improve confidence in the accuracy of the data for more effective credit decisions.

Relationship Building

Establish Long-Term Relationships Built on Trust

Banks connected to a Figured farm don't wait for a review to understand how their clients are tracking. Lending managers can spot a cashflow pinch, a buying opportunity, or an emerging risk from their desk, before the client calls.

For farmers, this changes what the banking relationship looks like. Their lender already knows where they stand, can respond quickly when timing matters, and start growth conversations already prepared.

Supporting Great Lending Across US Farm Operations

Seasonal Cashflow and Crop-Level Reporting

Cropping operations have concentrated income events and seasonal cost curves that don't map neatly to a standard financial year. Figured links planting programs, input costs, and harvest income directly to the farm's cashflow, giving lenders a clear view of how the season is tracking and where income is forecast to arrive.

Real-Time Stock Positions for Livestock Lending

In Figured, livestock purchases, sales, births, aging, and deaths all connect directly to the farm's financial position throughout the season, so banks can see stock reconciliations and financials together without having to cross-reference separate systems.

One Connected Plan, Split by Enterprise

Figured brings together both sides of a mixed farming enterprise, building a single live financial picture that digs into the details. Production trackers feed livestock movements and crop activity straight into the financial plan, which Figured then allocates by income, cost, and enterprise type. When it comes time for planning, reporting, or just checking in on the business, you can see both the performance of the farm as a whole and what each individual enterprise is contributing.

Non-Farm Commercial Clients on the Same Platform

Accountants managing mixed portfolios of farming and commercial clients use Figured's Commercial Manager to bring non-agricultural businesses onto the same platform. For ag lenders with mixed lending portfolios, this extends consistent reporting to commercial clients alongside farming operations.

One Reliable View of Complex Farm Structures

Where any farm business sits across several accounting files, Multi-Entity brings them together into a single reporting group, with internal trading between entities netted off, so their lender can see one reliable position whatever the underlying structure. Additionally, Multi-Farm consolidates larger operations spanning multiple farm files in Figured, enabling lenders to see the plan for each individual farm, in addition to a single view of the operation as a whole.

We're all spending money to try to make money, and that is definitely where Xero and Figured come in as a very integral tool for our business — so that we are constantly looking forward, not backwards.

I can almost remember to the day when we discovered Figured, and it was like — oh my gosh, this is it. It's just been so nice to get off the spreadsheets, get off the pen and paper, get off the napkins, and actually put some useful tools and information out there that you rely on and have confidence in.

Rather than going back and forth and back and forth and it taking a week to get a final forecast that we can then take to the bank, [on Figured] we can do it all within an hour and have the result then and there.

Integrations

Figured Connects to the Software Your Farming Clients Already Use

Figured doesn't replace a farm's existing software — it plugs in on top, pulling live data from Xero or QuickBooks Online, and integrates with the apps US farmers use to manage their farms.

Figured for Ag Lenders — FAQ

Banks do not need to purchase a Figured subscription. When a farming client wants to give their bank access, the farmer or their accountant invites the bank directly to that farm in Figured. The bank receives its own login with read-only access to the farm's financials, including actuals, budgets, reports, and production data.

Banks do not own or manage the farm's Figured file. They are added as a connected organization, with access controlled by the client.

All of the standard financial reports you would want to support great lending conversations as a bank are built into Figured, such as P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, and variance reporting against budget, plus Statements of Position that record farm assets and liabilities at their current market value.

Year-end accounts describe a period that has already closed, typically prepared months after the fact. Figured's data connects to the farm's accounting system in real time, reflecting what has happened up to the current point in the season.

Figured also holds the farm's budget and any forecasts the accountant has produced. A bank with access can see how income, expenditure, and cash position are tracking against the plan, and where the season is expected to end up based on the accountant's most recent view.

Yes. Figured pulls financial actuals from the farming client's accounting software automatically and measures these against the budget. A bank with access can log in at any point and see how income and expenditure are tracking against the budget, without waiting for a report to be sent.

If the accountant has updated the plan to account for changed conditions or model a specific scenario, that is also visible. You'll see not just how the farm is tracking against the original budget, but what the accountant's latest forecast shows for the remainder of the season.

Figured is the platform great ag lending relationships are built on.
