01Is Figured AI included in my subscription?

Figured's AI tools are included in the relevant product subscriptions at no extra cost.

If you are on Farm Reporter, Farm Manager, or Commercial Manager, you have access right now to Reporting Studio, which contains Auto Analyst. Killsheets Automation is also offered as a part of all Figured farm files.

To access automatic account categorisation in Figured Benchmarking, you will need to be an Insights user.

02Where does my data go, and how is it kept secure?

Figured AI works only with the data in your Figured account. It doesn't browse the web or pull in outside sources. When AI generates commentary within Figured, the relevant data is sent to a model provider for processing, and Figured doesn't retain the request or the response afterwards.

03How do I know the numbers in AI-generated commentary are correct?

Within Reporting Studio, Figured itself calculates every figure, variance, and ratio before Auto Analyst sees anything. The AI's job is to describe those numbers in writing. A separate checking layer then reads the write-up back against the underlying data and corrects anything that doesn't reconcile — helping to ensure accuracy and to minimise hallucinations.

04Will more AI features become available on Figured soon?

Yes. Today's capabilities within Figured run on more than a decade of connected financial and production data, and that same foundation is what makes further capability possible. We're always taking on feedback on what could make the platform stronger for our users, and more AI-driven features are in active development.

05Does Figured AI replace the work advisers do?

No. Figured has been designed to enhance advisory work, not to replace it.

Within the platform, AI takes on the repetitive, manual parts of the work, like scanning, data entry, and drafting commentary for approval. By reducing the workload and improving efficiencies, it enables partners to focus on judgement, advice, and building long-term relationships, and for firms to scale advisory to more farms than was ever possible before.
