Figured Integrations
One accurate record of your livestock — shared by the whole farming team. With Figured’s FarmIQ integration, stock transactions recorded in one place sync straight to the other.
About FarmIQ
FarmIQ is a map-based farm management tool built to keep everyday farm information in one place, from stock records to land and compliance data.
For day-to-day farm management, FarmIQ plays a vital role on the farm. Figured then adds the financial layer on top, so livestock movements recorded on-farm flow straight into your reconciliation and reporting.

“My stock movements are in FarmIQ, but they need to be typed separately into the accounts.”
FarmIQ has always been a reliable record of what’s happening with stock on the farm. Log a birth, a death, a sale, or a purchase once, and the on-farm picture stays accurate.
The financial side runs on a different clock, though. Getting that same information into the accounts has usually meant somebody sitting down and typing it all in a second time, weeks after it actually happened.
Stock transactions recorded in FarmIQ, like births, deaths, sales, and purchases, sync into Figured’s Livestock Tracker automatically. Nothing needs retyping to get it into your accounts.
Synced transactions are read-only in Figured. If a number needs fixing, it’s fixed in FarmIQ and flows through on the next sync, so there’s never a question of which system is right.
Once FarmIQ and Figured are connected, farmers, accountants, and lenders can all look at the same live numbers. Nobody’s waiting on a spreadsheet update or a phone call to know where the farm stands.
Setup
Connecting FarmIQ and Figured takes a few steps to set up, then your stock data syncs on its own.
Step 1
Start the connection from FarmIQ’s External Company access settings, then authorise it from the Figured side.
Step 2
Match each FarmIQ farm to the right Figured tracker, then match FarmIQ’s stock classes to Figured’s.
Step 3
Pick the date you want FarmIQ data to start flowing from, and the sync takes it from there.

View the Full Setup GuideNow with Figured, it has absolutely shifted our whole outlook on the business. I just can’t wait to be using the reports to analyse and approve decisions — we’ve never had time to do that before, we’ve been too busy just getting the information.
I didn’t have a lot of confidence in my spreadsheet and my formulas. Whereas with Figured, I know they’re all over that. It gives me a lot more confidence to know that the actual figures being pulled through are correct — and they’re getting pulled through in real time.
If you’re not measuring what you’re doing, you can’t manage it. And Figured has certainly given us a greater ability to manage things, because we are measuring so much more.
Stock transactions recorded in FarmIQ sync into Figured’s Livestock Tracker automatically. That includes births, deaths, sales, and purchases, along with sale and purchase weights, lost and found stock, trait changes, and ageing-up events.
Once the integration is connected and a start date is chosen, this data flows through without anyone needing to enter it a second time.
No. Synced transactions are read-only in Figured, since FarmIQ is the source of truth for livestock records. If something needs correcting, it’s fixed in FarmIQ, and the change flows through to Figured on the next sync.
Yes. If your operation runs several FarmIQ farms, you can map more than one to the same Figured farm, so all of your livestock data lands in one place.
No. FarmIQ handles livestock and farm management records; your accounting software still handles the financial side. Figured is what connects the two, bringing FarmIQ’s stock data alongside the accounting data already flowing in from Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online.
Yes. The Figured integration is available on FarmIQ’s Performance and Enterprise packs. If you’re on a different plan and want to connect to Figured, you’ll need to check with FarmIQ about upgrading first.
Yes, if you’re using the red meat versions of FARMAX and FarmIQ together. Stock reconciliation entered in FARMAX flows through to FarmIQ, and from there into Figured, so the data only needs to be entered once even across three platforms.
