Figured Partner Program — FAQ

You earn points three ways. License points come from active Figured subscriptions across your client base: Farm Reporter earns 1 point per farm, Farm Manager earns 5 points per farm, and Commercial Manager earns 2 points per farm.

Certification points come from your team, with each certified person earning 10 points.

Marketing points come from activities like having Figured featured on your practice website, publishing a joint case study, or running certain events — each worth 15 points.

On top of license points, a license accelerator rewards high Figured adoption across your client base: 50–75% adoption adds a 50% bonus to your license points, 75–90% adds a 75% bonus, and over 90% adds a full 100% bonus.

No. Your firm starts earning points as soon as you have any clients on Figured, and every additional client adds to your total. The license accelerator rewards firms with high adoption across their client base with bonus points, but there's no minimum adoption rate required to join the program or to hold a tier — the accelerator is a multiplier on top of your license points, not a gate.
The entry-level Partner tier requires just 1 point, so any firm with at least one client on Figured qualifies from day one. From there, Bronze requires 75 total points (comprising at least 50 minimum license points and 10 minimum certification points), and the tiers scale up through Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Co-op funding is available at Gold and Platinum. Figured matches 50% of your spend on co-branded marketing activity, up to $1,500 a year at Gold and up to $2,500 a year at Platinum. Your Partner team can help you plan eligible activity and submit a claim.
Certification runs through Figured Learning, hosted by Tovuti, and covers everything from core concepts through to building a budget and setting up a tracker, finishing with a certification test. You sign in using your existing Figured account details via SSO, working through it at your own pace.
