Synced transactions are read-only in Figured. If a number needs fixing, it’s fixed in AgriWebb and flows through on the next sync, so there’s never a question of which system is right.

Nothing Posts to Your Accounts Without You

Sales and purchases only sync if you choose to bring them across. Nothing from AgriWebb ever posts to Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online, so you stay in control of your financial data.

Getting Started Is Easy

Connecting AgriWebb and Figured takes a few steps to set up, then it runs on its own.

Connect Your Accounts

Authorise the connection from within Figured, either directly or by sending your accountant or farmer an email to approve it from their side.

  • Requires Administration access in AgriWebb.
  • Works for accountant and farmer split access.
  • Available for Farm Reporter or Farm Manager accounts.

Step 2

Map Your Farm

Match your AgriWebb enterprises to Figured trackers, and your AgriWebb age classes to Figured stock classes.

  • Multiple AgriWebb farms can map to one Figured file.
  • Only used age classes need mapping.
  • Takes a few minutes to complete.

Step 3

Choose Your Workflow

Decide how sales and purchases flow into your accounts, then go live. Births, deaths, ageing, and transfers sync daily from here.

Births, deaths, and other livestock movement data from AgriWebb’s Livestock Reconciliation Report sync automatically, every day. If you don’t want to wait for the scheduled sync, a manual sync is available any time from the tracker page in Figured.

Figured also runs exception reporting against the synced data, which makes it easy to spot discrepancies between what’s recorded in AgriWebb and Figured’s closing stock numbers.

No. Synced data is read-only in Figured, since AgriWebb is the source of truth for livestock records. If something needs correcting, fix it in AgriWebb — either directly or by reviewing the Livestock Reconciliation Report there — and it flows through to Figured on the next sync.

Yes. If your operation runs several AgriWebb farms, you can map them to a single Figured farm, with each AgriWebb enterprise mapped to the appropriate tracker.

No. AgriWebb handles livestock and paddock records; your accounting software still handles the financial side. Figured is what connects the two, bringing AgriWebb’s livestock reconciliation data alongside the accounting data already flowing in from Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online.
